If you hadn't already guessed it, my name is Jay, and I am an Empowerment Coach and a Registered Mental Health Nurse, specialising in the mental health of gay men.
Having experienced both sides of the mental health system, both as a patient and a professional, I truly understand just how overwhelming and frustrating it can be when our attempts to recover fall short of what is required to allow us to not only heal, but to truly thrive.
After achieving an incredible recovery and transformation of my own, I made it my mission to help other gay men to do the same.
Here I dive deep into my personal journey through mental health - sharing the key aspects of my journey and the powerful recovery that still humbles me today.
In this free eBook I have collated all of my best knowledge and wisdom into an empowering guide that will help you not only recover, but truly thrive.

I truly believe that our pain and suffering is our most valuable resource, and when we use it correctly, every single one of us has the ability to transform our lives beyond recognition.
Waking up each day with a deep sense of wellness and an unshakeable passion for life is within your reach. You are strong and you are capable. But more importantly, you are worthy. A powerful recovery and a life whereby you truly thrive awaits you.
